Mental Health Journal Prompts for Anxiety, Overthinking and Self-Care

Journaling is one of the simplest self-care habits there is. It is free, private and only takes a few minutes. Putting worries on paper can make them easier to sort through, and looking back can show you how far you have come.
This is general encouragement, not medical advice. If anxiety is getting in the way of daily life, a doctor or therapist can help. In a crisis, call or text 988 in the US.
A 5-minute daily journaling routine

- Close kindly (1 minute): One thing I am grateful for or proud of.
